Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Care Agent / Travel Consultant to join our dedicated customer care team.
- As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, build positive relationships, and maintain a high level of service quality
- Salary: 3.5 – 7.5 Lacs P.A.
Skills:
- Should be well versed working on more than 1 GDS. Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Undergraduate dropouts.
- Diploma/ Degree in travel & tourism would be added advantage
- Excellent Written and spoken communication, business technical writing
- Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
- Open to work in flexible shift environment, roster off, weekend working, public holidays and festivals
- Open to work in a blended environment (Voice &Chat/Email). Must have experience in handling client through Chat/emails.
