Job Description:
- Scrutiny and verification of document.
- Quality check as per client SOP
- Understanding & processing the customer request on systems
- MIS Reports, Advance Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Sumif, Countif)
- Mail follow up & Client coordination.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Comfortable with rotational day shifts and over-time
- Good Communication Skills
- Client Co-ordination
- Knowledge about insurance and its types
- Knowledge on Advance Excel
Required Candidate profile
- Knowledge about advance excel (VLookup/HLookup/Pivot Table/SumIf/CountIf/MIS)
Criteria:
- 6 days working
- Good Communication skills
- Rotational day shifts
- Preferred Male candidates
- Working on a Sunday (month-end) may be required
- Ready to extend work hours whenever needed
