Job Description:
- Purpose of role Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA.
- Understanding of Point of Interest will be required.
- Broad activities performed: Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.
- Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources Providing feedback and suggestions when issues and concerns are encountered Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates.
- Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required.
- Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist Close the ticket per process with appropriate closing actions
