Responsibilities:
- Address Flexible work approval requests and validating based on predefined guidelines and protocols
- Provide support based on available resources and triage requests to respective POC for approvals (as per process requirements)
- Provide final confirmation on request post-successful validation
- Prepare Flexible work specific documentation, review for accuracy manage document ratification
- Manage system-specific data changes due to Flexible work approvals ensuring zero impact to payroll
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders to manage escalations, sensitive inquiries, exception requests
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent Advance Excel Skills.
- Ability to focus on details, multitask and perform activities timely with quality output.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Translation test will be conducted as part of the interview.
Skills:
- Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis concerning testing and its execution
- Ensure good quality of interaction with customers w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
- On-time deliveries – WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in the Test management repository
- Updates of accurate efforts in eCube, TMS and other project-related trackers
- Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
