Job Description:
- Role – Customer Support
- Industry Type- BPO.
- Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
- Education Qualification- Any Graduation who holds certificates
- Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office)
- 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
- Pure dayshifts only.(10:00 AM-7 :00 PM)
- CTC Freshers: 240000 & Experience: 270000
- Rounds of Interview: HR & Operation round along with Versant Test.
- Updated E-Aadhar mandatory for interview
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Handling calls related to queries, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiries and service calls.
- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Skills:
- Basic English and good communication skills in Telugu
- Freshers and experienced can apply.
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
