Job Description:
- Role: Associate/Sr. Associate
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers via chat
- Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Arts and Science & Engineering graduates can apply
- Should have Excellent English communication in oral and written.
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve their issues.
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts – Morning / Afternoon / Night (only 8.5 hrs work time)
- Two-way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup and drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Work Location – Sholinganallur, Chennai (work from office)
- Salary Range – Freshers CTC 2.5 / Experienced CTC up to 4.5 LPA
