Job Description:
- Walkin Dates: 04 June 2026 to 30 June 2026
- Salary Details: Freshers: 2.9 LPA to 5 LPA (In between)
- Experienced: Up to 5 LPA (Minimum 1Yr-5Yrs)
- Designation: Associate Walkin timings Timings: 10AM to 12PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for international customers
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
- Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
- Education: HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat)
- Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing)
- Must not be pursuing regular education.
