Job Description:
- PC/Laptop maintenance
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams
- Antivirus installation and management
- Remote installation, group policies, installing printer.
- LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN maintenance
- M365/O365 basic troubleshooting
- Opening and closing trouble tickets
- User permission and group policy administration
- Vendor coordination for laptop/PC-related issues
- Working Knowledge of various MDM Tools
- Basic understanding of SCCM, Desktop Images, TrendMicro, DLP
Skills:
- Basic troubleshooting of WiFi related issues
- Understand IT Environment, M365/O365 products, Network
- Answer customer trouble calls and communicate status
- Co-ordinate with Providerâs Service Desk and provide MTTR update and collect RCA
- Prompt escalation of issues to Level 2
- Maintain history of problems and solutions
- Real time LAN Network monitoring (WAP, SWC)
- Co-ordinate with Providerâs Desk for Repeat Issues and requesting for FixReporting and MIS
