Job Description :
- Any fresher with good communication or having minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Day shift job, should be flexible with 6 days working.
- Should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, energetic & willing to learn new things.
- Excellent thought process, innovative & out of the box thinking attitude.
- Will get exposure of end to end recruitment(Calling candidates/Use of Portals & social media for recruitment).
- Exposure of Vendor Management & Campus hiring would be added advantage.
- Exposure of Salary discussion, Offer rollout , maintaining database is preferred.
- Floor handling exposure & taking F2F interviews across various verticals & domains.
