Job Description :
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confidence, good team player and quick learner.
- High on Observation and Analytical Skills.
- Ability to concentrate, review videos without distraction to resolution.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, flexible with the working schedule.
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly.
- Conduct quality monitoring
- Salary Offered: INR 1,80,000 to INR 2,25,000 + Incentives up to INR 30,000 & Night Shift Benefits
- Work timings/Shifts: Rotational shifts and week offs Five-day week and two weekly offs/holidays.

Interview Process :
- 1st Level: HR Interview (Audio call followed by video call)
- 2nd Level: Online Assessment Test 1 (Video monitoring through zoom call on Mobile and, test to be taken in Laptop/ Desktop)
- 3rd Level: Online Test 2 Video monitoring through Zoom call on Mobile and, test to be taken in Laptop/ Desktop/ Mobile)
- 4th Level: Personal Interview with Operation Manager (Zoom Call)
