Job Description:
- Processing tasks assigned as per the defined process SLA and providing resolutions within the timelines.
- Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence
- Understanding client requirements and resolving queries through emails
- Adhering to company compliances and policies
Skills:
- Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Excellent comprehensions skills
- Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills
- Must have basic skills in the usage of MS Word and MS excel
- Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and need to be able to type with 35WPM and 95% accuracy
- Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidate must possess a valid Government-issued identification document.
