Job Description:
- Analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement
- Solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time span
- Customer engagement over live chats
- Identify and resolve escalated customer issues
- Find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources
Skills:
- 6 months+ experience in web chat with excellent command over English
- Freshers can also apply
- Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
- The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes
- Willing to work in 24×7 Shifts
