Job Description:
- Independently leading Pre and Post joining, onboarding process along with Pre-employment screening for new joiners.
- Investigate discrepancies on a background and raise any issues to the senior associate and business within the team.
- Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and overseeing accurate and timely processing of information with all ELCM stakeholders.
- You will also partner with different teams within HR to ensure a seamless process at transition points such as Relocation and VISA.
- Candidate Experience Management: Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints.
- Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
Skills:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations in a reputed organization.
- Prior experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.
