Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Open to work in 24*7 and working from the office environment
- Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
- Being proactive and showing the utmost respect for customers’ time
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
- Work from Office
Eligibility:
- Flexible with 24*7 shifts.
- 100% WFO (No WFH option/Hybrid).
- Immediate joiner is preferable.
- Total exp will be considered only after completing the Graduation.
- Must be a graduate (result-awaited talents will not be considered).
