Job Description:
- Freshers 2022 to 2023, passed out students from any stream can apply and Applicants from a minimum of 0- 3 years experience in any customer service background outbound or inbound international Process
- Total Openings: 50
- PS NOTE: It is a work from Office for now and may go back to work from from-home model basis the COVID situation and business request
- Role: Email Support Executive
- Location: Chennai – FAYOLA Towers Pallaikaranai
- Qualification: HSC passed / any graduate/arrear can be considered.
- Working hours: Mon to Sun Rotational Week off 6 days work
Requirement:
- 0 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Good typing skills
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
- Preferably Immediate joiners.
- Transport: Drop will be provided for late evening logouts
- Scope: Email handling in English language only
- Typing speed – 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Good written communication skills in English
Salary:
- Fresher: 14,416 INR CTC Per month; 12000 home
- Experience: 18,083 INR CTC Per month: 14700 Take home
