Job Description :
- Achieve “Effort” targets & “Sales” targets
- Calling, Emailing & Following up on the leads or customers is at the heart of this role
- Learn & understand Altair’s broad portfolio of solutions quickly
- Learn about the new tools/software’s to enable them with their day to day activity
- Researching, Identifying and Qualifying new customers where Altair Solutions can be positioned
- Profiling of customers to get information through calls, emails and tools if required
- Communication is a key aspect from making outbound calls, emails to potential customers and following up with questions and sending additional information required
- Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities and position the right solution
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Upselling products and services
Skills :
- BBA/BBM/BMS or B. Tech + MBA qualification
- Ability to close and achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
