Job Description :
- Entering data into client EBS system / Database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Skills :
- Freshers or less than 1 year of experience in Data entry or Proven data management.
- Typing speed (30 wpm) and accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office.
- Ability to work to time constraints
- Comfortable to work in US/ Night shift
- Will be moved to employment after 6 months after reviewing their performance
