Job Description:
- Process Executive – International Voice
- Senior Process Executive – International Voice
- Work Location: Pune (Work from Office)
- Experience: 0 – 5 Years
- Eligibility: Any Full‑Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)
- Shifts: 24×7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included)
- Postgraduates are not eligible
- Employment: Full‑time
Responsibilities:
- Handle voice support for international customers
- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions
- Follow quality standards and process guidelines
Skills:
