Job Description:
- Position: US IT Recruiter (Fresher)
- Location: Hyderabad (HITEC City)
- Timings: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM IST
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for IT positions under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in training sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of the US IT recruitment process and technical hiring landscape.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Eagerness to learn about the US IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like job boards and LinkedIn (added advantage).
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, night-shift work environment.
- Proactive, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment.
