Job Description :
- To develop and implement a marketing strategy for the region including the Indian subsidiary
- To work closely with the Global Marketing Team and implement the Corporate Look & Feel, create a strong consistent branding and PR strategy & drive global campaigns throughout the region
- The role has to Lead a team of 3-4 executives in marketing and Product Information Management
Skills :
- Product-based marketing experience
- Marketing automation and analytics experience
- Content Writing and Management e.g. Typo 3
- Woking in CRM
- Knowledge about India and Asia Market is a must
- Manage & coordinate the Product Information Management implementation (project management)
- Analysis and thorough understanding of the current trend in the market thereby helping in market penetration
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Implement a digital strategy (from content creation, engagement, SEO, SEA, Analytics) and strong social media presence
- Leading the trade shows for the region and other innovative campaigns
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Must have team leading experience
- German Language added advantage
