Job Description:
- Designs and improves standard Document Control processes in Capital Projects.
- Defines or contributes to the development of functional requirements for document standard control applications.
- Defines or contributes to the development of standard Performance Metrics to track and manage information maturity, and document control team performance.
- Develops and implements Project-specific Document control procedures.
- Coordinates the development of the Master Deliverable Register & Document Distribution Matrix, working together with the engineering disciplines.
Skills:
- The timely, accurate, and efficient transmittal of project documents to and from the Company and Supplier via the Assai.
- Quality checks each submittal according to Project specifications.
- Together with the IT Business Analyst in the early phase facilitate development of a Solution Architecture for the Capital Project.
- Facilitate and manage the RFI Processes, Technical Queries, Letters, Spec Deviations, and Change Order
- Project to Asset information handover.
- Understand the DCAF & PCAP control assurance requirements.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Written and Verbal communication.
- Understanding different risks, formats, controls, and process management of physical and electronic records will be an added advantage.
- Assai Tool Experience is preferable.
