Responsibilities:
- Architect highly-performant, reliable, services used by millions of external and hundreds of internal customers.
- Work closely with our internal customers and stakeholders across all lines of business – Riders, UberEats, Jump, Freight, etc. – to build the services and tools that power hundreds of millions of daily user interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to build scalable systems with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
- Work on a truly unique set of problems. The nature of Uber’s business imposes a distinct set of constraints that cannot be found elsewhere.
- Work with empathetic, smart, and motivated teammates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Work on mission-critical projects that are transparent both inside and outside of Uber & Creating Impact.
