Job Description :
- This position supports the ONESOURCE Property Tax program.
- One of the main responsibilities will be completing jurisdictional research for United States property tax.
- The responsibilities include obtaining forms, depreciation, trend tables, address book information, critical dates for the jurisdictions.
- This role will complete comparisons between current year and prior year information, updating information in the ONESOURCE Property Tax program.
- Additional responsibilities include working with Customer Support to assist users with questions and issues in the ONESOURCE Property Tax program.
- You will work closely with the team to assist in the overall delivery of the update and release of the property tax updates to enable accurate property tax compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team are skills needed for this role.
- Skills with Adobe Acrobat, internet searches, Microsoft Office and the US tax system a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team is required.
Skills :
- Ability to consistently meet rigid and recurring deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Research skills involving internet, written and verbal communication (in English)
- Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Intermediate to advance software skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Access)
- Ability to work and learn independently with minimal supervision
- Written and spoken fluently in English
- Experience with ONESOURCE Property Tax a plus
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat at plus
- Experience with JavaScript a plus
