Job Description:

  • Responsible for customer operations services and order transaction processing
  • Adherence to the Service Level Agreements – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy with respect to cases created.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via SFDC Tool & email etc.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding a specific or more complex product or a specific customer (based on customer size or revenue tied to customer). Inquiries will vary but typically include address changes, account changes/updates, order status, billing inquiry/modifications, etc.
  • Ensure each customer contact is handled in a manner consistent with the Thomson Reuters brand and values to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Use analysis along with policies and procedures to resolve customer issues. Interpret customer contracts and assist Field Rep’s, ASM’s
  • Researching missing payments and applying credits on the invoices, encoding error corrections, payment corrections, funds transfer
  • Filter and escalate inquiries as appropriate.

Skills:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree (in any field) or vocational graduates/associate degree holders
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge on Tools like SFDC, Order to Cash, CUAS
  • Highly service-oriented towards customers
  • Proven ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Relentless enthusiasm for the job at hand and ability to collaborate in a team setting
