Job Description:

  • Job Title: Associate Customer Support Voice
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Salary: 2.00 -3.00 LPA
  • NOTE: CANDIDATES SHOULD APPER ONLY IN FROMAL ATTAIR
  • AGE: BELOW 30
  • Mandatory: English & Hindi, Telugu { Any Additional Language}
  • Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
  • Mode of work: Work from Office

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills
  • Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions
  • Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM as per guidelines
  • Capture relevant notes from customer conversations for future reference
  • Provide timely Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to the team for product improvement
  • Adhere to login and production hours:

Skills:

  • Intermediate Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Well-articulated sentences
  • Strong comprehension, expression, tone & pronunciation
  • Speech clarity, perfect diction, and fluency
  • Verbal: English & Hindi (primary), regional languages (secondary)
  • Written: English, Hindi, and regional languages
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
