Job Description:
- Job Title: Associate Customer Support Voice
- Location: Hyderabad
- Salary: 2.00 -3.00 LPA
- NOTE: CANDIDATES SHOULD APPER ONLY IN FROMAL ATTAIR
- AGE: BELOW 30
- Mandatory: English & Hindi, Telugu { Any Additional Language}
- Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
- Mode of work: Work from Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills
- Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions
- Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM as per guidelines
- Capture relevant notes from customer conversations for future reference
- Provide timely Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to the team for product improvement
- Adhere to login and production hours:
Skills:
- Intermediate Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent Communication Skills:
- Well-articulated sentences
- Strong comprehension, expression, tone & pronunciation
- Speech clarity, perfect diction, and fluency
- Verbal: English & Hindi (primary), regional languages (secondary)
- Written: English, Hindi, and regional languages
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
