Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra is conducting a walk-in drive for multiple processes.
- Profile – Customer Support Associate
- Location – Noida
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Identify and assess customer’s’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Skills:
- Good English communication skill is required.
- Graduation is required.
- Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
- Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
- 5 days working with rotational shifts and off.
- Immediate joiners are required.
