Job Description:
- Have to resolve customer queries over Calls.
- Have to resolve queries & provide end-to-end Resolution to the customer.

Eligibility:
- HSC or Graduates pass outs are eligible to apply as freshers ( Salary – 13,200 monthly)
- Experienced applicants can apply if all employment documents are available (Salary 16,000 monthly)
- FLUENT IN HINDI AND ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Fluency in Verbal English is required.
- Typing speed : 25WPM with 85% accuracy
