Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls from the customers
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide a solution
- Maintain good customer relations
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Customer Service Associates will use a wide variety of cloud-based tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.
Skills:
- Undergraduate/Graduate with or without work experience
- Should possess excellent Voice Communication skills in Malayalam – Mandatory
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24*7)
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
- Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept
- Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
