Job Description:
- Domestic Process
- Inbound/Outbound Process
- Process on Calling
- Resolving customer queries through phone calls
Eligibility:
- Minimum HSC (12th) completed.
- Must be able to Speak in Hindi and English.
- Good to have experience of at least 1 year in a Call Centre / BPO.
- Age Limit – 18 yrs – 35 yrs
- 6 days in a week AND 1 week-off on Rotational basis and not necessarily Saturday or Sunday
Prerequisite for WFH (Mandatory):
- Laptop/Desktop with Camera & Mic
- Processor required: i3 or above (AMD not allowed) and 8GB RAM or above
- Windows10 or above (original & activated)
- Internet: Wi-Fi/dongle with a 20 MBPS upload & download speed (mobile hotspot not allowed)
- Power backup
- Noise cancellation Headset
