📝 Job Description:

  • This role is responsible for supporting product management operations by leveraging emerging AI tools and solutions to improve efficiency in capturing market updates, responding to product queries, and assisting sales and pre-sales teams.
  • The focus is on enhancing current workflows and responsiveness, while building foundational capabilities for future, more advanced AI integration.
  • The role remains grounded in supporting ongoing business operations and customer needs

Responsibilities:

  • Use available AI tools (such as generative AI for prompt-based information retrieval and automated reporting) to assist in monitoring market trends and product updates.
  • Support sales and pre-sales teams by providing timely product information and insights
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product support tools and resources are current and aligned with market requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports on market trends and product performance, incorporating AI-generated data where appropriate, maintaining manual oversight and validation.
  • Innovate and come up with new features and capabilities valued by customers in the product.
  • Support the implementation of new product features, using AI-driven market analysis and customer feedback as supplementary inputs.
