Job Description:
- As an intern with S&P Global DTS/TSG, you will undertake work on a real business project intended to add value to your team and our business, as well as provide you with a great learning opportunity.
- Product Analysts work with our customers to support, help and provide guidance on products in the market.
- As part of a high-performing team of Product Analysts, you will help customers on a day-to-day basis.
- You will also facilitate communication between our users and our Business and Kanban team members who manage and deliver solutions on these platforms. With your acute investigation, troubleshooting and communication skills, you will be championing support best practices and improving our user’s experience
- You will have the opportunity to experience a high level of collaboration and cross-training on a range of applications. We offer a collaborative, global, quality engineering team that is accustomed to helping one another learn and excel while working to continuously improve the level of quality delivered to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with end customers to Support and advance tool adoption.
- Assist the support team and Agile team with a focus on business needs and real value
- Provide the team with ideas to continually improve not just our support processes but the solutions we deliver within our own Agile practices which add value to our customers
- Share knowledge with peers and foster a cohesive self-organized team environment
- Demo completed work to stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues in design, product management, and systems architecture to develop solutions and bring great ideas to life
- Researching and evaluating proposed digital security and business solutions for adherence

- To be an ideal fit for the role, you should have:
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or IT
- Demonstrated passion or interest in one or more of our key industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies
- The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
- Be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in the country for which you apply
