Job Description:
- Work with Product Managers to understand customer implementation requirements
- Document the requirements
- Create Illustrations, Mockups and workflows
- Create product requirements and tickets for Development Groom Development, QA and Support teams for requirements
- Triage customer support requests for product enhancements and fixes
- Support Pre-sales with demos, presentations and solution design Market Research
Eligibility:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and articulation (Oral and Written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic knowledge of creating BRDs, FSDs and Use Cases/Stories
- Understanding of business processes and knowhow to create process maps
- Exposure of project management tools such as JIRA etc
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
- Present findings and recommendations in an effective manner
