Job Description:
- As an executive in our Customer Experience team, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the company.
- Answer customer queries over chat and inbound calls promptly.
- Engage with new leads, engage with them and help in increasing website conversion.
- Understand customer queries and properly answer them.
- Understand the customer issues and involve a process specialist or escalate as required.
- Ensure that the customers have a great experience with us.
