Job Description:
- The role requires the person to perform a wide variety of reporting functions to effectively communicate data in the form of charts
- Updated on the inflow of work and keep an eye on the deadlines
- Communicate with the Leadership and Managers on weekly, monthly and quarterly on the dashboard reports
- Develop Corporate presentations for tenders, Pitchbooks, Administrative support
- The person will work closely with the Leads and managers in ensuring the reports are updated, well maintained and check the dashboards consistently
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in order to understand and brainstorm requirements with team members.
- Basic knowledge in MS-Office
- Ability to understand client instructions and convert data into charts by analyzing complex data.
- Should have analytical and logical skills to reason out most complex data and simplify in order to have a meaningful presentation
- Understand the audience and prepare presentation according to the various market segments
- Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Should be open to feedback and willing to make changes to her/his design
