Job Description:
- Client acquisition by Cold calling & Lead generation and achieving sales target by converting leads into sales
- Preparing sales quotation, clarifying customer queries related to the quotation and ensuring timely submission
- Identifying and executing actions to increase leads generation & sales e.g. cross selling, wallet share increase, increasing longevity
- Coordinating with teams across functions for order execution and superior customer experience
- Receivables monitoring & follow up with customer for payments of overdue invoices
- Reporting
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail, Self-starter
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good at customer relationship management
