Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of our technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage automated deployment, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as patch management, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Document technical configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology operations and infrastructure management.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide support outside of regular business hours, as needed.
