- Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
- Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
- Understanding client requirements and resolving queries through emails.
- Adhering to the company’s compliance and policies.
