Job Description:
- Staffing Request Creation and Closure
- Sub-Contractor Trackin’
- Responsible for the preparation, and maintenance of the reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Assist in creating customized reports as required by the business and support team
- Systems knowledge and support
- Should be able to navigate through any cross-functional stakeholder independently
- SLA Driven
Eligibility Criteria:
- MS Excel basic knowledge
- Knowledge of MIS and analytics will be an added advantage.
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- System knowledge (SAP) Not a mandate
- Flexible work timings
