Job Description:
- Analyze, design, and prototype aspects of your research, workloads, and/or system features and collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate and bring advanced networking system design and workloads to life
- Collaborate with the research team to investigate, apply, and develop state-of-art AI/ML optimizations to areas like energy efficiency of the network, optimal resource allocation to meet user’s service level agreement, etc
Requirements:
- Proficient in C/C++, Python, Linux and knowledge of system software
- Proficient in AI/ML tools and technology
- Familiar with network architecture and protocols
- Knowledge of network or 5G cellular network architecture a plus
- Ability to analyze resource utilization issues in systems and propose enhancements to improve performance (e.g., energy, throughput, etc.) of a scalable and distributed system
- Ability to work in ambiguous technical environments Education/Experience
- Graduate student – PhD candidate in CS/EE
