Job Description:
- Perform strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and finalizing yearly rate cards. contract, performance, and risk management.
- Supplier Selection: Participating in client interactions such as workshops, calls, research etc. to understand the pain points, seek clarifications, present the proposed solution and fine-tune the pursuit and finally select suppliers
- Work with Category Managers in understanding and identifying opportunities and support in operational sourcing projects
- Gathering information on upcoming contract renewals/ sourcing projects by connecting with market teams- end users
- Supplier Rationalization/Consolidation
- Responsible for the negotiation and contract management process as well as project closeout and stakeholder sign off
- Perform procurement reporting
- Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors.
- Develop best procurement practices
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
