Job Description :
- We are looking for a professional who will handle the service-related queries for portfolio clients
- Providing excellent service to the BB Customers by managing their Transactional, AC Servicing and HSBC NET set up, Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking & lending customers post account opening.
- Managing regulatory submission, deadlines, communication, recording and managing internal Complaint management procedures, and policies with regard to Client servicing and banking servicing needs.
- Liaising with the internal product partners, operations and stakeholders for executing the Customer servicing and Transactional requirements. Key to be part of Digital migration of customers from manual mode.
- Managing the client expectations and servicing with customer centricity is the key responsibility.
- Adhering to all internal processes, procedures, SOP and Compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Additional Information:
- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
