Job Description:
- HCL Tech _ Voice Process/ Semi voice process – Fresher – Direct walk-in interview -Ambattur- 2nd May 2026 (10AM to 2 PM)
- Process Associate: Voice Process / Semi voice process
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. – Arts & Science
- No BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply
Skills:
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
- Arts & Science, candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.
