Responsibility:
- We are seeking Digital Marketing Associates (Freshers) to join our team.
- The Associate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing information in a clear and comprehensible manner via email and outbound calls.
- Proficiency in English is a must, as communication with foreign clients is required.
- Provide email and outbound call support services with an emphasis on account optimization and troubleshooting ad campaigns for Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App.
Requirement:
- Graduation is a must. (B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA graduates are not eligible.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing.
- Good understanding of internet architecture and web concepts as they relate to digital advertising.
- Familiarity with ad serving and ad/account optimizations.
- Ability to analyze reports and user interfaces to derive meaningful insights.
- Willingness to learn and apply knowledge in a practical environment.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well with individuals and teams.
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (mostly night shifts).
- Positive mindset and openness to feedback.
