Job Description:
- Complaint Management.
- Solving Customer queries.
- Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
- Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
- Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
Eligibility:
- Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply. (Must have excellent English communication)
- Qualification: Any Undergraduate / Graduate (Note: Regular students pursuing graduation will not be entertained.)
- Shifts – 24*7 (rotational shifts) / US shift
- Process- Voice Customer Support
- Working days Any 5 days in a week

- There is no cab restrictions for female candidates.
