Job Description:
- As an analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI performance in a US health care/Finance process. Individuals will be involved in schedule adherence.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customers for timely payments.
- Processing, Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and services rendered.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
- Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
- Co-coordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by management.
- Engaging in ongoing education opportunities to update job knowledge.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrears)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 pm to 4 am
- Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills to solve customer queries.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Rounds of interview: HR Screening, Versant Test and Operations Interview
