Job description:
- Ensure that all requests from the clients are addressed and prioritized in a timely manner to reach the SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple/medium/complex Ad Serving issues through Email and Chat
- Validate Cases categorization, Workflow Adherence
- Should display skills such as empathy, ownership, and sincerity when dealing with Customer requirements
Eligibility:
- Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript & CSS
- Knowledge of Technical Troubleshoot
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with individuals, companies and large clients
- Should will to work in Night Shift

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in tech support or tools/applications development domains will be an advantage

- Interact with clients to execute campaigns, and help in campaign performance inquiries, reporting, forecasting etc.
