Job Description:
- Timely delivery of different project data at the highest possible quality standard
- Write a detailed explanation of an image that provides textual access to visual content
- Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers
- Help design processes for QA of entered data
- Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes
Requirements:
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
- Fresher or up to 2 years of industry experience and Excellent written skills
