Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order entry into KSN per requisitions received from various VMS tools and
distribution of requisition to Recruitment. - Where recruitment does not have access to VMS tool (MV accounts, and/or accounts
supported locally) team liaises between recruitment and VMS tool to submit candidates to
customer, coordinates interviews, offers, and creates work orders (PO). - Mass / manual order creation and data entry.
- Support specific to P&I.
- Over 125 unique clients supported; over 30 unique VMS tools.
- Where possible fit, working with business to move to an automated order entry process via
Bullhorn Order Automation (aka VMSA); separately and simultaneously: - Under Thanos, working with I/T to design potential automation solutions into KSN for accounts
that do not fit VMSA model.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in commerce (B. Com+MBA/M.com)
- Meaningful experience in Order Management
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
