Job Description :
- Incident Management (L1 Support/ L2 Support)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Smart-Sheets, Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Technical ability – admins will help own the PC lifecycle for users and accurate device selection is essential
- Handling incoming calls, emails and chat
- Creating of tickets, following up on the tickets built, informing users on resolution provided, confirming the issues resolved and closing of tickets.
- Responding to the Incident Analysts regarding escalation issues in a timely and appropriate fashion.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to fit well into the team & work with global teams, handling large volume of cases.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills (including Application Support)
- The ability to work independently and in a remote team
Skills :
- Infrastructure skills
- ITIL Certification
- including significant oral and written communication
- User documentation (technical)
- Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
