Job Description:
- Analysing the product requirements or defects.
- Design and develop new product features or fix defects within estimated plans for development.
- Provide estimations of work effort for requirements.
- Review the design and code of peers
- Reproduce and fix defects
- Define and manage the build.
- Implement and unit test developed features.
- Contribute as QA in a high-performing self-organised team.
- Stakeholder management to handle the Care team and Customers on call.
- Proactive communication to Stakeholders.
- Automate unit test cases for the newly developed features with the Continuous Integration (CI) framework.
- Familiar with the Agile working model and JIRA tool.
Skills:
- Good analytical, debugging and communication skills.
- Expertise in CORE Java programming.
- Well-versed with multithreading concepts/programming & exposure to debugging tools/techniques for profiling Java.
- In-depth knowledge about Eclipse IDE including creating plugins of our own.
- Expertise in Javascript development.
- A good understanding of OOPS is a MUST along with exposure to Object Oriented Design (OOD) & Analysis
- Knowledge about VXML and SCXML files. Sound understanding of XPT files.
- Knowledge about VoIP technologies (like SIP/RTP/RTCP) would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to web-based applications would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with formal design processes would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS etc. and microservice architecture.
